We are looking for volunteers to help set up, wipe down, and break down tables and chairs for our annual Earth Fair. We are also looking for students to man a couple of tables that will display different programs that our office offers. On Wednesday, April 24th, the Southern Miss Office of Sustainability is hosting its annual Earth Fair! We are hoping that you will once again, or for the first time, be a part of it! For those who have not participated, organizations set up booths at a designated location on campus and share their environmental messages/products with the Southern Miss community of faculty, staff, and students. We typically have a wide variety of participants who represent many of the facets of sustainability, including the environment, the economy, health, and social justice. We always have a large turn-out, and we enjoy a great atmosphere of celebration and optimism. This fair will be from 10 am-1 pm and I sincerely hope that you will join us.
