Volunteer Dog Walkers are a huge part of helping shelter dogs. Our furfriends really do need the practice and one on one time socialization! They need as much attention and exercise as they can get! This is a great way for you to get active and enjoy the company of a new friend!! You can walk onsite or you can "check" them out and bring them to the dog park or The Trace. Please apply social distancing and mask wearing. Please call ahead to schedule your volunteer appointment. We strive to ensure the safety of our staff and visitors, this is why we work by appointment. Thank you!
