Volunteers will assist with a variety of conference activities, including attendee registration and check-in, greeting and directing guests, supporting educational sessions, monitoring room attendance, assisting speakers and presenters, helping exhibitors and sponsors, distributing conference materials, and supporting event setup and breakdown. Volunteers may also provide general logistical support to help ensure conference activities run smoothly and attendees have a positive experience throughout the event.
The event will occur on June 18 from 8:00a-4:00p. Individuals may volunteer for the entire day or just a few hours based on their availability. When you sign up, please indicate what time you would like to volunteer.
To provide guidance, we have outlined suggested time blocks and approximate volunteer needs below; however, these are flexible:
8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. (Setup & Registration Support) 10–12 volunteers Duties include event setup, registration check-in, material distribution, and directional assistance.
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Session Support & Logistics) 8–10 volunteers Duties include assisting with breakout sessions, monitoring rooms, supporting speakers, and providing general attendee assistance.
12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. (Lunch & Midday Support) 6–8 volunteers Duties include assisting with lunch distribution, restocking materials, and guiding attendees.
2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Afternoon Sessions & Breakdown Prep) 8–10 volunteers Duties include supporting sessions, managing transitions, and beginning light breakdown/cleanup.
Flexible / Floating Volunteers (Any Time Block) 4–6 volunteers Additional volunteers who can provide general support across roles as needed.
