Volunteers are needed for
- Set-up
- Breakdown
- Sports volunteers (set-up, scoring; requires day-of training)
- General volunteers (souvenir table or fans in the stands (bring your own pompoms!)
Are you a student or practitioner in the medical field? Volunteer with the Healthy Athletes Program!
Healthy Athletes offers free screenings for our athletes (people with Intellectual disabilities). Only students in medical fields, under the supervision of our Clinical Director, can volunteer in this area.
Disciplines offered:
- Health Promotions: General health screenings (blood pressure, height, weight) and Education (nutrition, hydration, sun safety, smoking cessation, etc.)
- Special Smiles: Dentistry
Overall, all of our volunteers are there to support our athletes at their competitions and make the day fun!
