Who We Are
HPAL (Hattiesburg Police Athletic League) is a program that uses athletic, educational and recreational activities to build trust and understanding between law enforcement officers and youths.
What We Do
Location: Ben McNair Recreation Center, 315 Conti St.
During the school year, PAL hosts an afterschool program at Ben McNair Community Center from school release around 3:00pm to approximately 6:00pm.
During the summer, PAL Summer Camp gives Hattiesburg kids ages 8-13 a safe, fun summer with sports, field trips, arts and crafts, safety demonstrations and more. Daily hours are 7:15 a.m. for drop-off and breakfast through 6 p.m. pickup. Breakfast and lunch will be provided each day.
We are looking for volunteers for the PAL Summer Camp and for the afterschool program in the fall.
