Who We Are
I.M.A.G.E. for TEENS, Inc. is a nonprofit organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and youth development purposes. Our Mission: I.M.A.G.E. for TEENS is a non-profit organization that uses Christian principles to enhance the following in adolescent girls between the ages of 12-19: intelligence, meekness, ambition, gracefulness, and eminence.
What We Do
I.M.A.G.E. for TEENS, Inc. was founded in 2007. It originally begun as a Youth Empowerment Conference in Sandy Hook, MS; targeting personal growth barriers girls face daily such as low self-esteem and lack of life skills. Collectively, women empowered girls ages 12 to 19. Since 2007, more than 100 women joined the mission to develop and implement programs and events for girls. We seek to reach all girls with an emphasis on those from disadvantaged families and communities. Our programs and events are designed to give every interested girl the opportunity to try something new despite their backgrounds. I.M.A.G.E. for TEENS, Inc. currently has (5) annual programs, has awarded over $10,000 in scholarships and prizes to high school girls, and has responded to the needs of local communities and youth for over 10 years. Referencing our motto, we believe and teach that "I.M.A.G.E. is more than a look; it's a Lifestyle!"
