Volunteer: Direct or Indirect Patient Care Volunteer
Direct Patient Care Volunteers provide companionship and support to our patients and their families in the home.
Indirect Patient Care Volunteers provide support by assisting with different administrative tasks such as making Circle of Care calls to tuck patients/families in before the weekend, making 6 and 12 month bereavement check-in calls after a family has lost a loved one and many other tasks.
*Phone calls can be made from a volunteer's home or in one of our offices.
Days/Times are based on individual availability. There is no specific number of volunteers needed.
We care for patients in and around the Jackson, Meridian, Philadelphia, and Grenada, Mississippi areas.
