Charity Day Volunteer- September 5, 2026

Volunteers support the successful execution of community outreach events by assisting with setup, guest services, resource distribution, activities, and overall event operations. Volunteers will serve as Ambassadors for Diamond Excursions Ladies Edition. Ambassadors will welcome guest, assist with setting up tables, tents, chairs, station, signage, and event material. Ambassadors will organize supplies, donations, hygiene items, assist individuals on and off the Pantry & Shower Trailer to shop. Ambassadors will assist guest navigate to the stations, to their vehicle, and with breakdown, cleanup, and returning equipment after the event. Mandatory Volunteer Meeting will be held on August 22, 2026, from 10am-12pm, at 6896 Hwy 49 Hattiesburg, MS 39402. Hours are flexible. The event is September 5th. Volunteers will be needed September 3-5th.
