HATTIESBURG Kid’s En Plein Air event is Saturday, April 12th at Towns Square Park downtown! Volunteers are needed to judge kids artwork! No experience needed, this is a fun and light-hearted kids activity.
What is an En Plein Art event?
“En plein air” painting refers to the practice of painting outdoors, with the artist’s subject in full view. Basically, paint what you see outdoors!
First place winners in each category will win a season pass to Serengeti Springs Water Park at the Hattiesburg Zoo! Age categories: 3-5, 6-8, 9-12, 13-15 and 16-18.

Schedule of the day:
12 - 1pm Registration
1-3pm Kids paint! Child chooses what to paint!
3-4pm Turn in art work to be displayed at park. Kids receive snacks!
4pm Winners announced!
